Beach volleyball
Beach volleyball – is a form of volleyball, since 1996 officially recognised as an official Olympic sport, where two teams of two players compete on a 16 by 8 meters sand court. The serve and scoring rules are basically the same as in the indoor game. The most important differences are the number of players and the fact that each set lasts until one of the teams manages to score 21 points (instead of 25). The net height, just like in traditional volleyball, is set at 2,24m for women and 2,43m for men.
