Freestyle swimming
Freestyle swimming - is a swimming competition, the rules of which are hardly precise. At the beginning of each race swimmers jump to the water from diving blocks. Once in the water they can choose any swimming style they like. The only limitation is that a part of the swimmer’s body must remain above the water at all times except the dive and the turns. In practice, freestyle races almost always involve front crawl racing since this style is the fastest. Freestyle swimming is an Olympic sport.
