Breaststroke swimming
Breaststroke – is an Olympic swimming competition and, at the same time, the most popular style of recreational swimming. It is sometimes referred to as the “frog kick” and, indeed, to some extent, it does imitate the moves of a swimming frog. It is swum on the torso and the swimmers, both with the arms and with the legs, perform frog-like movements, first pulling them towards the torso and then stretching them out. The head is immersed under water when the arms are being stretched forward.
